A Doggie 4 You is a dog rescue organization situated on a ranch in Pipe Creek.  Founded by Patricia (Pat) Godkin in 2007 this dog rescue focuses primarily on rescuing small dogs or puppies from kill shelters in the Hill Country Area and throughout Texas. As a highly successful rescue, we place hundreds of dogs each year.

C.C.P.A.L. seeks to reduce the enormous problem of pet overpopulation in Bandera County. We promote low-cost spay/neuter programs; advise on basic health care & proper shelter for pets & offer excellent dog obedience classes several times each year. Our fostering program & training classes socialize pets & help make them more adoptable.

At HCHR, we provide a safe, loving home for horses in need. We work hard to rehabilitate and care for horses who have been mistreated or neglected, and we strive to place them in loving, forever homes. We provide medical care, food, shelter, and training to all of the horses in our facility.

We receive many wild animals each year which have been orphaned or injured, and rehabilitate them in accordance with veterinary partners and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department laws. With the ultimate goal of release, we give each animal the proper care needed to become self-sufficient in the wild, with minimal human contact during the rehab process.

Each of our resident animal rescues come to be in our care from a variety of circumstances; from being sick, injured, homeless or surrendered to simply lost. We give these animals a safe environment, professional medical care, hope and most importantly, lots of love. Every effort is put forth to create and nurture the most ideal lodging and overall environments for each and every one of them.  Whether they walk on two legs or four, swim, run or fly, all are welcome.
